What is the warranty policy for Fiido e-bikes?
Every Fiido bike comes with a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects. We also provide lifetime technical support for all our riders.
Can I return my bike if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 15-day return policy. The bike must be in new, unused condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer and kept in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Are Fiido e-bikes waterproof for rainy weather?
Our bikes feature an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or storing the bike outdoors in heavy downpours.

How do I assemble my bike once it arrives?
Fiido bikes arrive 85% to 95% pre-assembled. Each package includes a toolkit and a detailed instruction manual. Most riders can complete the final assembly in under 30 minutes.
